Speaking of diamonds, I'm sure everyone has heard of them. I learned about diamonds when I was in junior high school. Diamonds are very hard, and so are diamond saw blades made of them. Diamond saw blades can cut hard objects and save labor costs to a great extent. So what are their functions?

Generally speaking, the working environment of diamond saw blades is relatively harsh. The main purpose of the product is to saw stone. It is widely used in the cutting of marble, granite, ceramic wall and floor tiles and concrete products. It is the main and widely used processing equipment in the stone and building materials industry.

Circular saw blade cutting has the advantages of easy operation, high efficiency and good processing quality. However, the noise is large and the blade rigidity is poor. During the cutting process, the saw blade is prone to vibration and deviation, resulting in poor parallelism of the workpiece being cut. The saw machine spindle cannot withstand the large sawing force, causing it to swing during the cutting process and unable to cut a straight line. Although increasing the thickness of the saw blade can improve its rigidity, it is still difficult to guarantee the parallelism of the slice. In addition, increasing the thickness not only increases the cost of the saw blade, but also increases the width of the saw seam, which reduces the yield rate. The linear speed of the outer circle cutting is relatively high, up to 50/, and the sawing depth is limited by the diameter of the saw blade, generally not exceeding one-third of the diameter. At present, the sawing depth generally does not exceed 1 meter.

The quality of the diamond saw blade is most critical to the diamond particle size, which is one of the most important indicators for testing the wear resistance and sharpness of the diamond saw blade.

The existence of the JK diamond saw blade has been widely used in many stone, wood and ceramic industries. It has greatly improved the cutting of hard objects.
