From small municipal projects to large oilfield retail truck wash systems, NoviClean’s in-house design staff will work with you to create a vehicle cleaning solution that maximizes efficiency while minimizing environmental footprint. We have multiple automatic systems for cleaning trucks: a drive-through automatic wash system, a roll-over wash system, or a combination of both. In addition, we offer manual wash systems for de-mucking, detail washing, and bay cleaning.

DRIVE-THROUGH SYSTEM

Perfect for the fleet with a demanding wash cycle, a complete drive-through system uses a combination of wash detergents, high-volume, low- pressure jets, and high-pressure jets to clean trucks fast and efficiently. The system can be completely touchless or equipped with brushes, and can also be installed in conjunction with a rollover system as an initial undercarriage/de-mucking wash.

ROLL-OVER SYSTEM

Ideal for unique truck configurations or vehicles with challenging shapes (e.g. garbage trucks). With a roll-over system, the vehicle simply parks in the wash bay while jets, brushes, or a combination of both, do all the work. The system can be installed in conjunction with an initial undercarriage/de-mucking wash.
