AUTOMATIC SALT PACKER RS250

The vertical salt packaging machine series RS model DV, is specially designed for the dosage and packaging of salt.

  • From 100g up to 2kg
  • Production: approx. 45-50 bags/minute
  • Max. Width of Bag: 300 mm
  • Dimensions: 1120x1935x2360 mm
  • Bag material: Polyethylene, polypropylene or heat-sealable complex materials
  • Maximum Speed: 50 bpm

The vertical salt packaging machine series RS model CDV, is specially designed for the
dosage and packaging in format "Pack Square" of salt.

  • From 100g up to 2kg
  • Production: 45-50 bags/minute
  • Max. Width of Bag: 250 mm
  • Dimensions: 1322x2550x2862 mm
  • Bag material: Polyethylene, polypropylene or heat-sealable complex materials
  • Maximum Speed: 50 bpm

SEMI-AUTOMATIC SALT BAGGING MACHINE K50

SERRA builds salt bagging machine from 10 Kgs up to 50 Kgs in PE and / or PP bags, feed by auger regulated to calibrate the weighing of the selected quantity.

Manual feed bag and back sewing, guarantees production of 5 ton / hour in bags of 50 Kgs and of 3.5 tons / hour in bags of 20/25 Kgs.
