Belt Conveyor→Metal Detector→Crusher→Friction Washer→Floating Washer→ Friction Washer→ Dewatering Machine→Pipe Drying System→Silo

The fuction of some main parts:

• Belt Conveyor: To transfer the material by crawler belt, which is moved by inside scroll wheel.

• Crusher/Grinder: Crushing the plasteic film material into small size.

• Friction washer: After crushing, material through the high speed on the shaft, according the vane flap and spray water, the material will get good cleaning effect.

• Floating Washer: the PE PP plastic film will floating on the water, after the friction washing, the dirty material will easy to separate from the film surface, and the dirty will sink down to the water.

• Dewatering: Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture content is less than 8%.

• Drying system: after the dewatering machine, the film will mixed the hot air in pipe line, that can make the film more dry.

• Silo: Storage materials.
