From our humble beginning in 1979, J&E Precision Tool, LLC has grown to serve some of the largest aerospace, marine, microwave and defense customers in the world today. We pride ourselves on our ability to consistently provide complex CNC machined components for the most demanding industries.
We specialize in the precision manufacturing of small to medium-sized components and assemblies and maintain tolerances as close as +/- 0.0001 inch.
SERVICES
Design-for-Manufacture Consultation
We help our customers design parts that are easier to machine. Conferring with our affiliate engineers and craftspeople, we evaluate proposed designs and apply sophisticated machining techniques honed by creative thinking and years of practical experience.
High Tolerance CNC Production Machining
We manufacture tight tolerance, complex, precision machined components and assemblies in aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, exotic metals (such as inconel), and magnesium, and plastics for some of the most demanding industries.
Precision Inspection Systems
Our zero-defect policy ensures that the parts we manufacture will be right and on time. Our state-of-the- art inspection department ensures accurate and reliable results for all components produced at our facility.
