Harbor freight (seller) does have pdf files of Central Machinery drill presses-just really hard to find. Parts are avaialble. If yours is simular to a current model sold on web site-you can download from the sales page. These presses are pretty generic-sold under different names-many parts interchangeble. Just quickly looking the current http://manuals.harborfreight.com/manuals/43000-43999/43389.pdf & http://images.harborfreight.com/manuals/38000-38999/38144.PDF is simular to my T-583
