The DT-1 is a compact, high-speed drill and tap machine with full milling capabilities. A powerful BT30 taper inline direct-drive spindle provides 10,000 rpm, and allows high-speed rigid tapping. A high-speed, 20-pocket tool changer swaps tools quickly, while 2400 ipm rapids and high acceleration rates shorten cycle times and reduce non-cutting time.
The DT-1’s lean-style, compact footprint makes very efficient use of valuable shop floor space.

HAAS MODEL: VF-3YT/50
The VF-3YT/50 provides the heavy cutting capacity of a 50-taper machine in a mid-size footprint. It has 6" more Y-axis travel than the standard VF-3. A larger base casting provides the extended Y-axis travel, yet the machine’s footprint is only slightly larger than the standard VF-3. Heavy cast-iron construction yields the rigidity and stability necessary for heavy cutting, and the wide T-slot table provides plenty of room for fixturing and large parts.

HAAS HA5C-2 Rotary Indexer
The HA5C2 is a single-axis rotary unit with two 5C collet noses. Clamp your parts using standard 5C collets, or chuck them by threading 3-jaw chucks to the spindle noses. This unit has no collet closing capability as standard. Optional collet closers are available.

HAAS HA5C-T Rotary Indexer
The HA5C-T is a single-axis rotary unit with a 5C collet nose. The “-T” indicates the unit has thrust bearings to handle higher axial loads. Always select the -T version when planning to use a tailstock to support long workpieces. Tailstock thrust must not exceed 800 lb (3559 N).
Clamp your parts using standard 5C collets, or chuck them by threading a 3-jaw chuck to the spindle nose. This unit comes with a manual collet closer. Optional pneumatic collet closers are also available. Requires a Haas mill with 4th-axis drive and software version 18.00 or later for full 4th-axis operation, or a rotary control box for stand-alone operation.

HAAS HRT160 High Speed Indexing Rotary Table
For holding medium to large parts or fixtures, the HRT Series of T-slotted rotary tables is the answer. These rugged, heavy-duty tables can be mounted vertically or horizontally for added versatility. Chucks and fixtures can easily be bolted to the table using the six precision T-slots, and large through-holes allow for bar feeding and special fixture-locating requirements.
