Consumable Parts for Waterjet Cutting

Orifices and focus tubes (nozzles) are parts subject to regular wear and tear, accounting for a high proportion of machine operating costs.  Both parts are available in different variations with higher quality versions characterized by correspondingly longer service lives.  Allfi Waterjet orifice assemblies are available with diamond (from Japan or Amsterdam) or sapphire jewels (Switzerland).  We sell Ceratizit focusing tubes (made in Luxembourg - not China), which are available in standard and premium grades for 60kpsi and 90kpsi cutting applications.
