The Sailrite Blade Foam Saw With Carrying Case is a high-quality foam cutter that delivers on performance and versatility. We recommend the Sailrite Blade for small upholstery shops and people who regularly cut foam. It features two blades: one blade remains stationary and grabs the foam while the other saws. This technique results in smooth, clean cuts with less bounce than single-blade foam cutters and allows for cutting high-density foams with ease. The base plate keeps the saw upright for perfectly straight, vertical cuts and can also be easily removed for making angled cuts. The handy, padded carrying case makes for safe storage and easy transport.
Another option is the Acu-Cutter 350 Foam Cutter. This foam cutter is also an excellent choice for upholstery shops and serious DIYers. The 8-inch blades can handle even the thickest foam pieces and can cut through a full range of foam densities.
