    When unpacking, check to make sure all that all the parts listed in the Parts List on page 13 are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the phone number shown on the front cover of this manual as soon as possible.

    120 volt, grounded, electrical outlet. (See Figure F.) If the Dust Collector is connected to a machine, turn the Power Switch (8) of the Dust Collector to its “ON” position. Then, turn on the machine. If the Dust Collector is connected to a floor sweep accessory, hold the floor sweep acces- sory firmly to keep it from “whiplashing”.

    Power Cord Plug (1) from its electrical outlet. Then store the Dust Collector in a safe, clean, dry location out of reach of children and unauthorized users.
