Absolute crap!!!! As they have all mostly said.. aluminum so even if it would engage, which it won't because it has enough paint on it to paint a car, it wouldn't work for long anyway because it wouldn't stand up o chucks that were tight or old and rusty. I buy 1000 things a year from amazon and I write maybe 1 review ever couple years either really good or really bad and his one has made the really bad list.

BIGGEST PIECE OF TRASH I HAVE EVER SEEN. HAS A THICK COATING ON IT WHICH COVERS THE CHEAP METAL USED IN MAKING IT, AND INHIBITS THE USE OF THE TOOL ON ANYTHING REQUIRING A CHUCK KEY! THE COATING IS SO THICK YOU CAN'T GET IT INTO THE CHUCK TO BE ABLE TO USE IT! I THREW THIS PIECE OF TRASH AWAY!

Junk - Teeth stripped the very first time I used it. For some reason I didn't believe the other reviews and thought I wouldn't twist it too hard so it should do fine... Nope. I think it is aluminum and just too soft to hold up to the steel teeth on a chuck. Don't buy it!

Don't get me wrong, it gets the job done, but the paint is relatively useless and just gets in the way as it flakes off, also I'm pretty sure that this is not the highest quality metal as it appears to be relatively soft. All around, it'll do in a pinch, but you'll thank yourself getting a higher quality key.
