Weld Neck Flange
Weld Neck Flange is flanges that designed to be joined to a piping system by butt welding. This kind of flange include lots of specification,Weld neck Flange is expensive because of its long neck and cost of people for contact WN flange with pipeline or fitting, but is preferred for high stress applications. The necks, or hubs, transmits stresses to the pipeline.
Threaded Flange
Threaded Flanges (Screwed flanges) are similar to slip-on flanges in outline, but the bore is threaded, thus enabling assembly without welding. This obviously limits its application to relatively low pressure piping systems. Threaded Flanges may be welded around the joint after assembly, but this is not considered a satisfactory method of increasing the flanges’ pressure applications. Threaded flange use in low pressure condition generally.

Socket Weld Flange
Socket-weld flanges are typically used on smaller sizes of high pressure pipes. These flanges are attached by inserting the pipe into the socket end and applying fillet weld around the top. This allows for a smooth bore and better flow of the fluid or gas inside of the pipe.
Slip-On Flange
Slip-on flange is positioned so the inserted end of the pipe or fitting is set short of the flange face by the thickness of the pipe wall plus 1/8 of an inch, which thus allows for a fillet weld inside the SO flange equal without doing any damage to the flange face. The back or outside of the slip-on flange or SO flange is also welded with a fillet weld.
Blind Flange
Blind flange is a solid disk used to block off a pipeline or to create a stop. It is machined in the same manner as a regular flange with the mounting holes around the perimeter and the gasket sealing rings machined into the mating surface. The difference is that a blind flange has no opening to allow fluid to pass through. The blind flange can be inserted between two open flanges and used to block off the flow of liquid through a pipeline.
Reducing Flange
Reducing Flanges are suitable for changing line size, but should not be used if abrupt transition would create undesirable turbulence, as at pump connections.A reducing flange consists of a flange with one specified diameter having a bore of a different and smaller, diameter. Except for the bore and hub dimensions, the flange will have dimensions of the larger pipe size.
Orifice Flange
Orifice flanges are usually applying for metering the volumetric flow rate of liquids and gasses through a pipe. Two orifice flanges are called an orifice flange union. Each flange comes with two pipe taps for measuring the pressure drop of the flow through an orifice plate. Orifice plates do not come with the flanges and are sized based on the requirements of the process. Two jack screws are used to spread the flanges apart in order to change the orifice plate. This flange is normally available in weld neck, slip-on, and threaded flanges. Orifice flanges generally have a raised face.
Long Weld Neck Flange
Long welding neck flange, lwn flanges are similar to a standard Welding Neck flanges, but the “Neck” is considerably longer than other flanges. LWN flange is often used as a nozzle for a barrel or column. In addition, there are the type LWN Heavy Barrel (HB) and the Equal LWN Barrel (E); they have a different shape and a thicker “Wall”.
Lap Joint Flange
Lap joint flanges slide directly over the pipe and are most commonly used with stub end fittings. A pipe is usually welded to the Stub End and the Lap Joint pipe flange is free to rotate around the stub end. The benefit of this is that there will not be any issues with bolt holes alignment. Lap Joint flanges are often used for applications that require frequent dismantling for inspection.

Swivel Ring Flange
